Salon 21

Salon 21: Petite Piano Concerts believes that classical music is for everyone. You won’t find stages or box seats at these intimate, immersive, and accessible classical concerts. The performances are free (with a small suggested donation) and feature world-class classical musicians, but in a casual setting.

When the team at Salon 21 came to me, they had a problem. Their dark and stuffy materials did not represent the high-caliber quality of the music or the approachable nature of the settings. The new brand features delightful, happy performer photography set in colorful, professional, gallery-inspired layouts. Warning: if you are against smiles and happiness, you can take your tuxedo and attitude somewhere else.

Dolan Personke is creative, energetic, and a pleasure to work with. During our rebranding process, he listened carefully to our wishes and offered helpful perspectives on how to achieve an approachable and joyful presence.
His work has helped breathe new life into our organization.
