HI, I’M DOLAN.

I was raised in Michigan and moved west to Montana to earn a degree in Film and Photography. I began my professional life at an advertising agency creating TV commercials and other video content. Because it was a smaller agency, I was often included in many other types of projects like branding and print assignments. This was where I found my passion for design work.

Over the next decade of my career, I moved away from video and exclusively into design-specific work. I lived in Portland, Oregon for 8 years working at tech and marketing start-ups. Now, I work as the Manager of E-Commerce Design at SmartBug Media, a remote marketing agency. The work-from-home life has allowed me to move to Ann Arbor, Michigan with my family.
